This key leadership position is based in Colchester, Essex, and will be responsible for overseeing high-acuity services for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and complex behavioural support needs in their own homes.The services are designed for individuals with significant support requirements, often operating on intensive staffing models. You will play a critical role in delivering safe, person-centred care while also leading local governance, team development, and future service growth.This is a visible, hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in frontline leadership and is ready to step into a high-impact management position with clear progression potential.Location:This is a fully office-based role located in Colchester, with regular travel to services across Essex.
