What we’re looking for:
UK QTS (or equivalent)
Experience working with SEND pupils
A calm, consistent approach to behaviour
Someone who can adapt, connect, and think on their feet
What you’ll be walking into:
A supportive SLT who’ve got your back
A team that understands SEND and works together
Pupils who need consistency, care, and someone who won’t give up on them
A setting where your approach and ideas are valued
Your role will include:
Planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet individual needs
Supporting pupils with autism, SEMH, and additional learning needs
Building strong, trusting relationships in and out of the classroom
Working closely with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals
