Responsibilities of a Social Worker in the Permanence Team:
* You will be working within the 'Permanence' team, managing a complex caseload.
* You will be providing a high-quality, effective social work service to respond to the needs of children and their families in a timely manner and within statutory guidelines.
* Your role will involve assessing, planning, and delivering focused interventions to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes.
Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification
* 1+ years experience
* Newly Qualified Social Workers currently working through their ASYE are welcome to apply
* Social Work England registration
* A passion for achieving the best outcomes for children through direct work
* A creative and innovative approach
* Looked After Children or Permanence experience would be highly desirable but not essential.
