About the Role Teach Now is recruiting on behalf of a high-performing secondary school in Hertfordshire for an Early Career Teacher (Business & Economics) to join their dynamic department from September 2026. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons across Business and Economics at Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop an understanding of enterprise, financial literacy and the global economy. Requirements To be eligible for this role, applicants must have: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be currently completing teacher training • A degree in Business, Economics or a related subject • Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for business and economic concepts • Excellent communication and classroom management skills • A commitment to student achievement and professional development • Applications are welcomed from trainee teachers currently completing their PGCE or teacher training.
