Dayshifts only - 5 days in 7 -Must be able to work weekends
At least 1 weekend off a month

Need to have managerial experience in a high quality (ideally independent ) restaurant, café, deli
This venue is seeking a Restaurant and Café Manager to assist the GM and help run this incredibly busy Deli, shop and café restaurant serving an array of quality fresh meals in the café all made with locally sourced ingredients, opening from early morning until early evening.
The deli/shop has a wide range of quality freshly made produce and locally sourced and made items. This role is a very hands on role in a very busy venue which will also include managing various outside events.
The successful applicant for this Restaurant and Café Manager role will have Management experience within a busy fresh food led operation ideally a restaurant, café / deli setting .Someone with retail experience would also be ideal .
This Restaurant and Café Manager post is a permanent, full time role
