Role Overview
Putting the customer at the heart of everything, you will support the Store Manager in managing your store to maximize profitability through the retail plan; driving sales, managing costs, and delivering our brand through visual merchandising. You will create a fun and inspiring atmosphere aligned with our brand and culture, support team development, and ensure high standards are maintained according to company guidelines.
Role Responsibilities
* Leading by example and demonstrating exceptional standards of behavior to maintain brand integrity
* Driving and modeling customer service standards to exceed expectations
* Training, coaching, and developing your team, supporting appraisals and performance reviews
* Analyzing financial data, retail and company strategy, and local market knowledge to maximize sales and support decision-making
* Ensuring the store operates within budget through scheduling, cost control, and productivity management
* Planning and organizing to successfully implement retail plans
* Communicating with Head Office to influence stock management
* Adhering to procedures related to cash, stock, health and safety, security, and loss prevention
* Overseeing visual merchandising to company standards, including launches and floor moves
* Complying with all policies, procedures, and legal obligations, including GDPR confidentiality
* Assuming store responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager to ensure ongoing success
