Multi-Skilled Technician - Joinery

37 hours per week, based in Preston
£35,658.37 per annum (£18.48 per hour)
Plus the ability to earn more via standby and callout
What will you be doing in this role?
You'll be a part of our Asset Management team, a range of skilled trades people who carry out planned and responsive maintenance in both tenanted and empty properties. We have around 7000 properties across Preston, Fylde and South Ribble so you wont have to travel far. Youll have a CGA van to travel to and from work and to your jobs.
What we are looking for in you
We are looking for someone who shares our values and puts our tenants at the heart of all they do.
The main things:
* Youll have at least NVQ L2 in joinery or equivalent
* Youll have experience carrying out repairs and maintenance in domestic properties and a good understanding of health and safety.
* Youll have good IT skills to take job information off a mobile device
* Youll have a full manual driving licence
It would be nice if you also had:
* Experience of carrying out basic repairs in other trade e.g. tiling, plumbing
