Main Duties:
As a Regional Finance Business Partner your main duties include:
* Take ownership of producing business performance information and offering practical financial guidance to internal customers and stakeholders to support monitoring, planning and decision-making.
* Maintain complete and accurate financial records, control frameworks and policy documentation to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations, and oversee related processes.
* Help design, implement and monitor systems and controls to preserve a strong control environment and protect the organisation’s financial position.
* Foster productive working relationships across the business, proactively resolving issues and closing gaps to maintain high standards of service.
* Lead recruitment, performance management and development activity for the finance team, building capability to meet organisational objectives.
* Support cross-functional change projects and business improvement initiatives as required.
Location / Office / Culture
The role is hybrid, typically with 3 days in the office based in Worcester. The company operate from a modern office consisting of a large and strong finance team The business is very flexible in its working patterns and promotes an inclusive, collaborative culture where employees are encouraged to grow and thrive.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
* Experience in a similar role
* Experience of using financial systems
* Proven experience of managing a team
