Major Players is partnering with a B2B marketing and events agency to recruit a bright, dynamic, and skilled Account Manager.
We are seeking an established client services professional to lead client relationships and oversee end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns and events.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, leading regular meetings, calls, and reviewing timelines, progress, and performance.
* Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Prepare presentations, decks, and reports for meetings and client presentations.
* Address client requirements efficiently, gather and respond to feedback, and identify opportunities for further campaigns.
* Work closely with clients to define event objectives.
* Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue sourcing, speaker identification, and ensuring smooth delivery and execution.
* Travel globally for events as required, ensuring smooth on-the-day delivery.
* Prepare and present regular reports on account status, campaign performance, and key metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the Client Lead and Strategy Director to develop tailored marketing and business development strategies.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Experience required
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in account management within a B2B marketing agency, with:
* Proven agency experience, ideally with B2B and events.
* Experience managing budgets and tracking financial performance across client accounts.
* Previous experience managing and executing events.
Hours: Full-time
Salary: Up to £42,000 depending on experience
Office requirements: Flexible hybrid working, 3 days per week in the office
