Role: Sales & Welcome Team Agent
Location: Liverpool, Hybrid
Salary: £26,938 to £28,609 Plus up to £2,000 performance related bonus per annum, once established within your role.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Rota: 3-week rolling 8:00am – 19:00pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am – 5:30pm)
What you will be doing
* Ensure all details on applications are honest and accurate
* Perform checks on applicants’ details to confirm accuracy
* Update details and advise customers of any change in the price of their premium
* Assist client in providing vital information
* Promote bespoke packages relating to the client’s needs
* Always provide excellent customer service

* Customer service experience in a target driven role
* Able to understand bespoke systems and be proficient in Microsoft Office
* Warm personable phone manner
