Sales Director – UK Wide (Fire & Security Solutions) Remote working with travel - MUST be UK based
We are looking for an ambitious, hands on Sales Director to join a growing national provider of fire and security solutions. This is a strategic leadership role with real ownership, you will drive sales growth, shape commercial strategy, and lead a high performing team of regional Business Development Managers across the UK.

The Role
Reporting into the senior leadership team, the Sales Director will:

Lead and inspire a team of regional Business Development Managers across the UK.

Set and deliver sales targets while identifying opportunities to enter new markets.

Shape and implement the company’s commercial strategy in line with business goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

Own sales forecasts, budgets, and commercial performance, ensuring profitability.

Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure the business can deliver on commercial commitments.
*
Recruit, coach, and develop top sales talent, promoting a culture of accountability and client focus.
About You

Proven experience in senior sales leadership, ideally with national responsibility.
*
Track record of building and scaling regional sales teams, managing Business Development Managers.
*
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable plans.
*
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
*
Experience in compliance led technical service sectors is highly desirable; fire & security experience is a plus.
*
Confident decision maker with a practical, results focused approach.
