This opportunity suits a surveyor with solid experience delivering Level 2 Surveys (our clients are happy to train on Level 3 surveys). Working hours:
1. As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work full-time Monday–Friday
2. Remote / WFH
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
3. Basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000
4. Bonus structure
5. On Target earnings of £60,000 - £70,000
6. 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Residential Surveyor requirements:
10. Minimum AssocRICS qualified
11. UK driving license
12. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
The role of Residential Surveyor will consist of:
13. Carrying out Level 2 reports
14. Conducting Level 3 Surveys (training can be provided for this)
15. Redbook Valuations
