The Role
We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and cultivate long-term client partnerships.
This is a consultative sales role, engaging senior decision-makers to uncover business challenges and demonstrate how technology can transform their operations.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, qualifying prospects for the wider team
Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers
Keep accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
Deepen your understanding of the company’s solutions to deliver tailored, value-driven conversations
Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact through to deal closureAbout You
Experienced in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
Target-oriented, resilient, and highly self-motivated
A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
Organised, detail-focused, and proactive in your approach
Comfortable using CRM systems and modern sales tools
