The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's sales strategy, building relationships with architects, contractors, and developers, and driving business growth across Northern Ireland and beyond.

The Role
* Take ownership of the company's sales function, leading strategy development and execution to meet ambitious growth targets.
* Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
* Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers including architects, main contractors, and private clients.
* Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to contract negotiation and award.
* Liaise closely with internal design, estimating, and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and strategy.
* Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven track record in sales or business development within the construction, joinery, or interiors sector.
* Strong technical understanding of bespoke joinery processes and products.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
* Commercially driven with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
* Confident working independently while collaborating with internal teams.
* Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Full UK driving licence essential.
