Your Career
Step into a role where you can shape how talent joins and grows within MHR. As a Recruitment Specialist, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end hiring journey, designing attraction strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring every candidate experiences a seamless, professional recruitment process. You’ll bring creativity and commercial thinking to how we find and engage people, exploring innovative sourcing approaches, leveraging social platforms, and proactively building talent pools that support both current hiring needs and future growth. Your Team
You’ll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted partner who understands their needs and helps them secure the right talent. From briefing roles and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and making offers, you’ll guide managers through every stage of the process with confidence and expertise.
You’ll also collaborate with colleagues across HR and the wider organisation to strengthen employer brand presence, organise recruitment events, and ensure our hiring approach remains competitive, insight-driven, and aligned to market trends.
Your Impact
Your work will directly influence how we attract, engage, and secure the talent that drives our success. By building effective sourcing strategies, mapping external markets, and providing recruitment insights, you’ll help the business make informed hiring decisions and stay ahead in competitive talent landscapes.
You’ll deliver a smooth and well-managed recruitment experience through our ATS, ensuring clear communication with candidates from initial contact through to offer and onboarding. Your focus on efficiency, professionalism, and candidate care will help position the organisation as an employer of choice.
