Manager, Tech Transformation – KPMG - Advisory
Base Location: London plus network of 20 offices nationally

What will you be doing?
1. Bring a technology perspective to a broad range of client issues, demonstrating how technology can be used to address problems and realise opportunities.
2. Manage the development and delivery of IT operating models that enable clients to get the most from their technology organisation.
3. Develop digital and technology strategies alongside client teams.
4. Provide credible advice to clients on how to operate IT in the most effective manner.
5. Collaborate across our other Connected Technology capabilities to improve and transform IT services for our clients.
6. Work with other teams across KPMG to provide support to clients as they undergo digital transformation.
What will you need to do it?
7. Digital experience in at least 2 of the following areas:
8. Developing technology strategies in complex environments, with a focus on leveraging digital and emerging technologies.
9. IT operating model design and implementation.
10. IT cost optimisation and efficiency.
11. Digital transformation at scale, such as Business Models, Culture change, User Experience, and Business practices.
12. Agile delivery methodologies, particularly at scale in large organisations.
13. Tenacious, passionate, and thorough in approach and style; able to adjust communication styles from C-level to junior level.
14. Self-sufficient, with leadership experience managing teams and delivering technology programmes/projects.
Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:
15. Consulting experience with large organisations.
16. A passion for emerging technology and driving business value around Digital technology areas such as Platforms, Integration, Data, User Experience.
17. Experienced in new technology delivery and ways of working (for example Agile, DevOps).
