We are working with a leading national housing developer seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a residential scheme based in Faringdon. This is a temporary contract position running until July 2026, offering a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-quality housing development. The Role: Supporting the Site Manager, you will be responsible for helping oversee site operations, managing trades, and ensuring the project progresses safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: * Assisting in the coordination of subcontractors and trades * Managing health & safety procedures and site compliance * Conducting quality checks and inspections * Monitoring build schedules and supporting programme delivery * Ensuring high standards of finish across plots * Reporting to senior site management Requirements: * Proven experience in residential new-build projects * Valid CSCS card * SMSTS or SSSTS certification * First Aid at Work * Strong leadership and organisational skills What’s on Offer: * Competitive daily rate * Immediate start * Secure contract through to July 2026 * Opportunity to work with a nationally recognised housebuilder If you are an experienced Assistant Site Manager available for your next contract role, we would love to hear from you
