Element has an opportunity for a Business Administrator, based on site at our Malvern location, to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global TIC business. This role is a maternity cover commencing in July for a 10 month period. Maintain and organise Reception ensuring the area is tidy and presentable Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls Using the IT system and software effectively to ensure maximum efficiency Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment with an established team and processes Organising couriers, UK and International Prepare and sort mail Provide administrative support for the site health and safety processes Provide administrative support for the site operations processes Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible and friendly approach to work Relevant experience within an office environment Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and proactively Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety LI-DJ1 Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
