Job Description:
Our client is a leading, multi-branch estate agency seeking a Property Administrator to join their office in Preston, Lancashire. The role involves providing administrative support, managing property details, preparing marketing materials, updating listings, coordinating documentation, liaising with contractors, managing office supplies, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to Sales Managers and Negotiators
* Upload property and client details using Reapit software
* Draft and send valuation and instruction letters
* Prepare and update property lists, window cards, and marketing materials
* Update property listings on the company website
* Coordinate photography, floorplans, and statutory property documentation
* Liaise with contractors for property boards and media advertising
* Order stationery and manage office supplies
* Greet visitors and answer calls professionally
Key Skills:
* Excellent typing, grammar, and proofreading skills
* Confident communication and professional telephone manner
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Team player with a flexible and positive attitude
* Experience in property or administration (preferred)
