We are looking for a business development executive to join an electronics company near Wickford! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales who is looking for their next challenge! Working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, you’ll enjoy a competitive salary with the opportunity to earn bonus/commission on top, Holiday is 20 days bank holidays, an additional Christmas shutdown and an additional day off for your birthday. Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture relationships with key clients Work with warm leads generated via online platforms, quotes, and emails Focus on existing business, with additional responsibility for new business development Build and grow long-term, effective client relationships Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver targeted business development plans Upsell and cross-sell services in line with client requirements Handle client enquiries, manage files, and update contractsKey Requirements: 3–5 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role A proactive, driven approach with the ability to spot and create opportunities Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ambition to progress and grow within the organisation A team player who thrives in a collaborative environmentDue to the location of the company only candidates with their own transport will be considered for this position.
