The Role: As a Part-Time KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to a Year 1 or Year 2 class. This is a permanent, part-time position, which allows for flexibility while ensuring that you still make a significant impact on the development of our young learners. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for KS1. * Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and additional support where needed. * Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment where children feel valued, motivated, and encouraged to reach their potential. * Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent high standards of teaching across KS1. * Support the social and emotional development of children, ensuring their well-being is a priority. * Work closely with parents and carers to share information on student progress and well-being.
