Following an induction period, our Social Workers will work from the office up to three days each week. This gives our Social Workers a quiet space and plenty of time for reflection whilst still balancing collaborative working across the multi-disciplinary team and peer support. It has also increased our Social Workers autonomy and has had a positive impact on wellbeing and work-life balance.Cambridgeshire County Council has a collaborative approach to social work and social care to make it increasingly proactive, preventative, and personalised.
