Role Description
We are seeking Oracle Finance Experts and ERP Programme & Change Managers for a full-time hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will lead and manage Oracle Finance and ERP transformation programs, ensuring effective integration and alignment with business processes. Responsibilities include driving end-to-end program delivery, advising stakeholders on best practices, managing change initiatives, and collaborating with teams to execute Oracle Fusion solutions tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Business Process optimization and Oracle transformations
* Proven experience in large scale ERP implementations
* Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle Applications and Oracle Finance & HR systems
* Understanding of Integrations within ERP systems
* Integration with BPS (business process services) is an added advantage
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to facilitate change management and drive successful project outcomes
* Experience in ERP implementation and program delivery
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certifications in Oracle technologies or project management are a plus
* Previous experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects is highly valued
