Role and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Account Managers to provide pre and post-sales support, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
2. Act as a key point of contact and ensure orders are processed accurately and in line with contractual SLAs.
3. Engage with clients to gather feedback, address inquiries, and provide solutions.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
