The role
The Litigation Practice is led by a highly recognised Partners as being an exceptional Solicitor with top reviews from her clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Litigation Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE to join a busy and supportive dispute resolution/litigation team handling a varied mix of quality matters, working alongside in a Team led by a well respected Partner.
The role will include a broad caseload of civil litigation work for a varied client base, including:
* Contractual disputes
* Property and land disputes
* Boundary disputes
* Building disputes
* Debt recovery
* Contested probate
* Other contentious matters.
Requirements
* The successful candidate will be a qualified Civil Litigation Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE and a solid mix of litigation experience.
* Property litigation experience is essential for this role
* Contentious probate experience is advantageous
* You should be confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support
* Strong client care skills
* Good technical competency
* A practical, commercial approach.
