Part of their continued growth is focusing on long-term customer partnerships, they are seeking a dynamic self-starter to join this small team to take ownership of the performance, risk and longevity of key client relationship. This role will play a critical part in protecting and strengthening high-value contracts, reporting into the Client Partnership Director and working closely with operational leaders to drive best practice, insight-led decision making and outstanding customer outcomes.
