We’re working with a fast-scaling FinTech SaaS business that’s transforming how businesses and consumers engage with their financial ecosystems. Over the last year, they’ve united Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success into one integrated function, focused on the full customer lifecycle, from first contact through to long-term partnerships.
Now, they’re looking for a Customer Success Manager with a FinTech SaaS background to join their growing team in London.
The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll take ownership of a defined portfolio of 27 enterprise & mid-market accounts (worth £3.6m ARR) across the UK & Europe.
You’ll be the commercial owner of your clients — ensuring retention, driving renewals, and uncovering growth opportunities through upsell and cross-sell. With 2–3 major accounts worth £500k ARR each, this isn’t a volume play; it’s about building deep, strategic relationships that deliver real outcomes.

£55,000 – £80,000 base salary (depending on experience)
Uncapped OTE (50%+ of base)

What you’ll be doing:
* Managing ~27 enterprise & mid-market accounts (ARR £3.6m total).
* Owning the full commercial relationship (renewals, upsell, cross-sell).
* Driving 10–15% growth across your accounts.
* Building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders (many in finance & accountancy).
* Working closely with Sales & Product to support adoption and unlock opportunities.
About You
We’re looking for someone who’s:
* FinTech SaaS experienced: 5+ years in Customer Success / Account Management within FinTech SaaS.
* Proven: Managed enterprise accounts worth £400k+ ARR.
* Commercial: Track record of delivering renewals and growth.
* Confident & Curious: Comfortable advising C-level stakeholders.
* Adaptable: Thrives in a smaller, fast-moving environment.
* Stable: Consistent career history
