Role & Responsibilities: Analyse business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and solutions that will enhance performance and client satisfaction. Lead migration and data projects from inception through to successful implementation, ensuring they align with business goals and comply with legal standards. Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in and alignment on projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into operational requirements and project specifications. Develop and maintain Management Information (MI) and business intelligence capabilities to ensure strategic objectives are met. Key Skills Required: Proven experience in managing migration projects, from planning and development through to execution and review. Strong competency in Management Information (MI) and data projects, with a demonstrated ability to utilise data in driving business decisions. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Ability to strategically assess risks and make decisions that benefit the organisation as a whole. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
