We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Account Handler to join our team in Leigh. This role involves managing client accounts, processing enquiries, and ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication, and organisation are key.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain client accounts
* Handle incoming queries via phone and email
* Process orders, updates, and account information accurately
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Support internal teams with administrative duties
* Ensure all records are kept up to date and compliant
About You
* Previous experience in an administrative or account handling role (preferred)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, email systems, databases)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Organised and proactive approach to workload
