Role:Production Operator
Location:Holmes Chapel
Hours:Monday to Friday | 8:00am 4:00pm
Salary:£30,000 per annum + benefits
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, high-tech manufacturing business based in Holmes Chapel, who are looking to add a Production Operator to their operations team.
This is a hands-on role within a production and warehouse environment, ideal for someone with experience in manufacturing who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being part of a performance-driven team.
The Role:
You will support day-to-day production activities, ensuring machinery is operated safely and efficiently, orders are completed to specification, and quality and safety standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operating production machinery in line with job cards and specifications
2. Supporting production output in line with operational KPIs (OEE, scrap, delivery performance)
