We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Logistics Administrator to join our small, friendly, and professional team. You’ll be based in our smart, modern offices in Fforest-fach, Swansea, with free parking and a supportive, collaborative environment. This is a full-time, office-based role (40 hours per week). The Role As our Logistics Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day logistics and administration of client projects. You’ll coordinate shipments, liaise with couriers, support data entry and reporting, and make sure everything in our logistics process runs efficiently. You’ll work closely with our Production and Warehouse teams, manage courier bookings, and keep accurate records to ensure great client service and smooth operations. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate outward shipping of orders and client projects, including courier booking, label creation, and tracking. • Liaise with Production and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless fulfilment and dispatch. • Maintain and update data in systems and produce reports as needed. • Support invoicing and client billing processes. • Manage relationships with couriers and third-party providers. • Handle returns and ensure accurate documentation. • Occasionally assist with light packing or team-based tasks as needed. About You We’re looking for someone who is: • Exceptionally organised, with great attention to detail. • Confident using systems, spreadsheets, and online platforms. • A proactive problem solver who can think on their feet. • An excellent communicator – both with colleagues and external partners. • Reliable, positive, and flexible in their approach. Experience in logistics, fulfilment, or general administration is ideal, but we’re also open to strong administrators looking to grow into a logistics-focused role.
