WhatYoullBeDoing:
AsaSenior3rdLineInfrastructureEngineer,youarethetechnicalengineoftheTechnicalAccountManagementteam.Thisisnotastandard"reactive"3rdlinerole;whileyouwillhandledeep-levelescalations,yourprimaryfocusisproactiveinfrastructurehealthandthedeliveryoftechnicalprojects.YouwillworkcloselywiththeTeamLeadtoensureourclients'infrastructureisalignedwithbestpracticesandmodernstandards.
Thisisahands-onrolewhereyouwilldesignandimplementarangeofITchangeprojectsforclientsinyourregion.Youwilldevelopandmaintainrelationshipsthatourclientsputtrustintodeliverthesolutionsthattheirorganisationsneed,whileprovidingexpertise-in-depthtotheServiceTeamwhoescalatefaultstoyouforresolution.
KeyResponsibilitiesoftheSenior3rdLineInfrastructureEngineer:
1. InfrastructureProjects:Ownandexecutetechnicalprojectssuchasservermigrations,Microsoft365tenant-to-tenantmigrations,andnetworkrefreshes.
2. TechnicalAlignment:Conductregulartechnicalreviewsofclientenvironmentstoidentifyrisks,end-of-lifehardware/software,andsecuritygaps.
