* Morning shift
* Monday 05:30 - 14:30
* Tuesday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:30
* Friday 06:00 - 11:00
* £14.23 PER HOUR (up to £14.96 after 6 months)
* Afternoon shift
* Monday 14:00- 23:00
* Tuesday - Thursday 14:00 - 22:30
* Friday 10:45 - 15:45
* £17.08 PER HOUR (up to £17.95 after 6 months)
* Night Shift
* Monday 21:15 - 06:30
* Tuesday - Thursday 22:00 - 06:30
* Friday 17:30 - 22:30
* £18.07 PER HOUR (up to £19.00 after 6 months)
Responsibilities
* Cover Powder coat process when required
* Painting of all parts to high standards (on a moving line, speed 13ft per minute)
* Change equipment as per standardised work requirements
* Rework rejected parts to high quality standards
* Ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained and stored within Health & Safety requirements
* Adhere to the companys Health & Safety policy and safe working practices
* Adhere to companys Values in Action: Integrity, Commitment, Excellence, Teamwork
Requirements
* Familiarity with the functionality of spray systems
* Knowledge of different paint types
* Knowledge of MSDS and COSHH systems
* Ability to change equipment e.g. tips and filters
* Ability to read, comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions/procedures
* Ability to work well with a team environment and possess a flexible attitude
* You will possess effective communication skills to communicate with various levels of the organisation
* Willing to undertake training/learning as required
