The Role |
As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and ensure excellent results.
What We Look For |
* Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, with a focus on performance and positive behavior in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, capable of having caring and constructive conversations with your team.
* Proven experience maintaining high standards of food, health, and safety.
* Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
* Ability to build a coaching culture, supporting recruitment and ongoing development.
* Problem-solving skills, quick decision-making abilities.
