Benefit is Glowing... We Mean Growing... and we are currently searching for a Part-time 7.5-hour Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in John Lewis High Wycombe!
Responsibilities
* Sales Goals - Achieving individual retail sales goals agreed with the counter manager, making connections with customers, demonstrating products.
* Brow services - Waxing, Tinting and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
* Teamwork - Everyone is expected to help all team members to ensure all the counter and business needs are met.
* Promotions and Special Events - Supporting both in store or external events and charity events.
* Administration - An individual daily and weekly worksheet will be completed, and where necessary you will assist with counter manager administration.
* Hygiene and Housekeeping - You will ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.
Qualifications
* The Bene-Fit for a Brow and Beauty Expert: Dynamic, enthusiastic
* Passion for make-up and Retail
* Result-oriented, who likes a challenge
* Desire to provide a unique customer experience
* Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods
* Minimum 6 months retail experience
