Carpenter – Social Housing (Repairs & Maintenance)
A well-established property services partnership delivering repairs, maintenance, compliance, and planned works to thousands of residential homes is currently seeking an experienced Carpenter to join their growing team.
The organisation carries out a high volume of responsive repairs, void property refurbishments, and kitchen and bathroom installations across a large housing portfolio. With continued growth and new projects secured, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and expanding team.
Day-to-Day Duties
Carrying out reactive carpentry repairs in occupied residential properties
Completing both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works
Hanging doors, fitting skirting and architraves
Repairing and replacing windows, doors, and locks
Working on kitchen units, worktops, and UPVC components
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Delivering excellent customer service when working in tenants’ homes
Role Requirements
Proven experience in carpentry
Previous experience working within social housing or property maintenance
Full UK driving licence
