Property Delivery Coordinator Base office location may vary dependent upon suitable candidate - balance of home and office working £27,521 per year (pro rata) 35 hours per week Temporary position for up to 7 months We have an opportunity for a Property Delivery Coordinator to join our team based in the North/North West. This role will help and support the Regional Head of Service and Deputy Head of Service in their day to day leadership and management of the Property Services teams across the Northern Region but work with colleagues across other regions in similar roles. The role will also be a key part of the regional leadership team providing additional administrative support to the wider team. As such the role will require someone to be self-sufficient and self-motivated and able to network and establish themselves quickly within the team. The role of Property Delivery Coordinator will include: Day-to-day management of dairies and making travel arrangements for the Regional Head of Service Providing administrative support including admin support for meetings, email enquiries and communication channels for the team/service Manage enquiries on behalf of the Senior Management team / Director acting as the initial point of contact for incoming calls and mail Support the team by ensuring accurate and timely information is collected, collated, prepared and presented Support the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, residents and contractors Skills and experiences: Proven experience of providing administrative support to senior management Recent experience of undertaking a similar role Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills Why work for us?
