Were seeking a highly organised Commercial & Sales Assistant to support our Commercial Manager and Director of Sales. This role is primarily focused on commercial administration and purchasing, with a small but important element of sales coordination. Its ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong administrative skills, and an interest in supporting creative, design-led projects. Your Key Responsibilities Commercial Administration Assist in preparing budgets, tenders, and client documentation. Maintain accurate records using Atlas, CRM and Jira project management systems. Assist with cost reports and other financial records. Ensure compliance with company procedures for document control and filing. Purchasing Support Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and place purchase orders. Track deliveries and coordinate with finance to ensure timely payments. Sales Administration Log and monitor incoming sales enquiries via CRM. Manage and monitor CRM data and bi-weekly reporting. Conduct initial information gathering and qualify leads before passing to the Director of Sales. Support meeting arrangements and prepare bi-weekly sales reports. Operational Support Facilitate communication between departments to support smooth project delivery. Assist with data collection and reporting for management. What Youll Bring Essential Proven experience of clear, professional and successful communication with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisational and time management skills. Analytical mindset and ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Desirable Experience in purchasing, sales, or commercial support.
