We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team based in ourGlasgowOffice. Responsibilities will include: 1. Updating internal systems on receipt of customer order/insurance works etc. 2. Responsible for regular contact with customers via email and telephone to agree suitable dates for works to be carried out. 3. Order materials as required and supported by company technicians with any technical queries. 4. Manage inwards materials and collate and arrange for distribution to in house engineers and sub-contractors as required.
