As an IAP Worker, you’ll be the first point of contact for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness in the Wimmera. You’ll: Complete intake assessments for individuals and families in housing crisis. Provide support through the Housing Establishment Fund (HEF). Help clients navigate housing options, support services and referrals. Be a calm, compassionate guide during stressful and uncertain times. Support broader housing programs when required. Your skills and experience Tertiary qualifications in human services, welfare or social services or substantial years of relevant experience.
