We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our Building Services team in London.
Working as a Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for maintenance, response, and fault analysis of building operations
What you’ll do:
1. Day to day servicing of the Mechanical Infrastructure and the ability to carry out breakdown maintenance on mechanical systems/equipment.
2. Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis within service level agreements.
3. Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, check and inspect mechanical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification.
4. To assist with carrying out sub-contractor inductions and putting people safely to work.
5. To attend reactive calls with contractual SLA.
6. When required, conduct reactive and Extra Work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with HASAWA legislation and Our Way of Working.
What you'll bring to the role:
7. Mechanical City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 or Level 3or equivalent, BMS experience.
8. Demonstrate understanding of statutory compliance Water Treatment.
9. Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely qualification or similar.
10. Ability to demonstrate experience in a customer facing role.
11. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
12. Demonstratable time management skills.
13. Excellent communications skills with good verbal and written communications.
