About the Role
Our delivery team is fundamental to our client success, and we're seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual with strong technical foundations who thrives on problem-solving and is passionate about creating exceptional digital products.
The Project Manager role at this agency combines Product Management, Project Management and Client Management responsibilities. You should enjoy helping clients in shaping their strategic vision while being the person who translates and executes that vision, as well as identifying and developing new opportunities. This is a full-time position with flexible working arrangements (2 days per week in the office).
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a Project Manager who can demonstrate:
● Agency experience delivering digital projects (websites, apps, or software).
● A solid understanding of website and software development processes, with the ability to confidently discuss
technical topics with clients and developers.
● Client-facing confidence, with the ability to advise clients and translate technical concepts into
understandable language.
● Proficiency with project management and backlog tools like Jira, Asana (or similar, Monday.com, Trello).
● Day-to-day management of projects: tracking timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources.
● A strong focus on quality assurance, liaising with teams to review deliverables and provide actionable
feedback.
● Ability to manage multiple workstreams across different accounts, covering everything from website builds to
app development and marketing campaigns.
● Experience producing project roadmaps, schedules, cost estimates, scopes of work, and technical
specifications for new and existing client projects.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
● Work closely with clients to define product strategies
● Own the delivery of projects from inception to launch.
● Work with internal teams to define project scopes, resources, timelines, and budgets.
● Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications and expectations.
● Manage project documentation, including roadmaps, schedules, scoping documents, and technical briefs.
● Track project progress daily to ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to.
● Manage the team and review deliverables, providing actionable feedback to teams.
● Lead project meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment.
● Identify risks early and proactively manage solutions.
● Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to foster quality delivery.
● Help identify and win new business opportunities
