Customer Service Team Leader - AI & Global Collaboration

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize AI performance to ensure high customer satisfaction
* Oversee the daily management of the Customer Service team in Asia
* Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution
* Report issues faced by the team in Asia with the AI tools
* Manage key accounts for top spenders
* Delegate tasks including customer queries, payment disputes, returns, refunds, new orders, reviews, and subscriptions
* Collaborate with the Product Development team on current and upcoming products and communicate effectively with customers
* Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure efficient order processing and campaign execution
* Travel to China to work closely with our Asia team and ensure seamless customer experience across regions
Requirements:
