Captain Instructor within East Midlands UOTC delivering the Army University Leadership Programme in support of the OTC Gp Mission, and feeding OCdts into RMAS Commissioning pipeline. Plan and deliver the Army University Leadership Development Programme inline to the unit training plan. Lead mentor and develop OCdts within Coy through being an exemplar role model. Facilitate good working relationships through understanding people and effective social skills to support collaboration. Provide advice and support to OCdts looking to conduct further military service in either the Regular or Reserve Force. Identify and demonstrate personal and professional development opportunities for self and others. Identify and mitigate risk at all levels of planning and delivery. Support the units annual recruitment process with the intent to Attract a broad and diverse cohort of quality students. Lead or support tasks as directed by the OC in support of Coy and UOTC core business.
