Our valued client are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Administrator based in Sutton Coldfield.
Administrator Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies
Processing incoming post
Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are organised and easily accessible
Assist with invoicing, and other financial tasks as needed
Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned
Administrator Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Hours for this role are 8:45am – 5pm Monday to Friday
