Location - UK- Malvern - Hybrid or NL Almelo Hybrid

About the role

Join us in a dynamic, region-focused individual contributor role where you'll drive digital sales and strengthen client relationships. Reporting to the Head of Digital Solutions Sales, you will be accountable for revenue growth and customer engagement across your territory.

What you will bring to the role:

* Promote and sell MVP digital solutions by showcasing value early in the product lifecycle.

* Identify and qualify high-potential sales opportunities through market insights and customer research.

* Tailor digital offerings to customer pain points, ensuring relevance and impact.

* Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, using effective closing strategies to convert leads into loyal customers.

* Leverage your SaaS expertise to drive product adoption and ensure seamless customer onboarding.

* Build strong internal relationships to support a unified approach to sales, customer success, and retention.

About you:

* Proven sales experience in a SaaS environment, with a deep understanding of the full 360° sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale relationship management.

* Strong background in selling complex technical solutions, ideally within Pharma, Food, or Mining sectors, with a focus on value-driven selling.

* Exceptional communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills, with the ability to build credibility and negotiate confidently at all levels.

* Analytical and research-savvy, able to leverage data to identify opportunities, tailor solutions, and drive customer success.

* Resilient, target-driven, and adaptable with a start-up mindset that embraces innovation and initiative.

* Familiarity with freemium models, solution-based selling techniques, and IoT technologies is a strong plus.
