What you will be doing…
You’ll be working with a warm, friendly team based within one of our locations to deliver individualised care plans to the people we support. You will support individuals within their home environment and when accessing the local community, along with daily activities, appointments, and personal care needs.

Hours of work...
Within our services, our hours are 42 hrs per week, with a shift pattern comprising long shifts from 7:45 am to 9:45 pm and 8 am to 10 pm.
