Are you a motivated Family Solicitor looking to advance your career in a supportive and dynamic environment? Our client, a highly respected legal firm, seeks an Associate to join their growing Family Law team in their Thames Valley office.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice on a variety of family law issues.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance knowledge and share insights across the team.
* Participate actively in business development initiatives to expand network and workload.
* Identify and cultivate opportunities for referrals across the firm.
About You / Qualifications
* 3-5 years or more of post-qualification experience (PQE).
* A solid foundation in family law.
* Strong interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
* Excellent technical abilities and drafting skills.
* Proven experience in business development and networking.
* A proactive, ambitious, and organised approach with meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong commercial acumen and a collaborative mindset.
