The successful Global Payroll Executive will play an integral role within the payroll team, preparing and reviewing our internal payrolls for all geographies in which KX has a presence. This will include building relationships and being a point of contact for queries. The payroll function focuses on colleague experience, governance and compliance. This role will report to the Payroll Manager. You will also have a fantastic opportunity to develop your knowledge within payroll, tax, and global mobility, as well as international regulations. Key Responsibilities · Operational administration of a multi-jurisdictional payroll function across a range of live payroll functions Operational administration of Payroll mailbox and JIRA request management • Ongoing assistance and support to ensure the timely submissions of all payroll tax filings and payments • Liaising with and managing payrolls vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll • Liaising with global tax authorities as and when required • Become the SME and day to day contact for payrolls in APAC and NAM regions in particular • Assist and support with the firm’s Global mobility policies Skills · Strong communication skills, verbal and written • Technical analysis abilities and working knowledge of payroll data • Ability to prioritise own workload and work to competing demands • Ability to work both independently and as part of a busy team Essential Experience • Strong working experience of using Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook • 3-5 years experience of working in a global payroll function Preferred Qualifications • CIPP Qualification Location & Workplace Type Hybrid working model based out of Newry, with weekly in office days required Why Choose KX Data Driven: We lead with instinct and follow fact.
