We have an exciting opportunity for a National Optimisation Manager for our Supply Chain Network.

Duties will include:
* Demand Forecasting: Analysing historical data, market trends, and internal factors to accurately predict future demand for storage, handling, and shipping.

* Resource Optimisation: Developing plans to optimise the use of existing resources, including maximising vertical storage space, adjusting aisle widths, and efficiently allocating labour and material handling equipment (MHE).
* Risk Identification and Resolution: Monitoring key processes to find constraints that hinder the flow of goods and implementing improvements to increase throughput and efficiency.
* Strategic Planning: Contributing to long-term business strategy by making informed recommendations on when to invest in new equipment, technology, or facility expansion to support growth.
* Performance Monitoring: Establishing and tracking KPIs, like space utilisation and inventory turnover to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement.
